Team

Our young and dynamic team:

Marc Tufilli

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Has been working with Beni since 2018 on the idea of a user-friendly and digital sharing solution. At IDEAL, he is responsible for business development and financial bookkeeping.

Benjamin Sutter

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Has been working with Marc since 2018 on the idea of a user-friendly and digital sharing solution. At IDEAL, he is responsible for business development and operational management.

Marco Belser

Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

Has been part of the IDEAL team since 2019 and supported the conceptual and legal preparation in the early planning phase. At IDEAL, he is now responsible for compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Johannes Gasser

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Has been part of the IDEAL team since 2019 and has been working meticulously on the programming of the IDEAL software ever since. Accordingly, he is responsible at IDEAL for the development and smooth operation of our software.

Rabea Würth

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Has been part of the IDEAL team since 2024. She supports IDEAL in the further development and scaling of internal business processes. Additionally, she expands the IDEAL sharing network by reaching out to communities and bringing them to IDEAL to create a diverse offering for all users.
